"Working with Wes Musgrave at Lakefront Docks and Lifts was a great experience while he built a covered dock at my new home on Ft Loudon Lake. This was one stop shopping at its best. Wes knew all the right people at TVA to get the dock permitted; including an extra 15 feet on the walkway to make sure I had deep water all year long for my fishing boat. The dock has two slips, one for a fishing boat (up to 21 feet) and one for a pleasure craft (up to 27 feet); along with an area of decking large enough for two Adirondack chairs to take in the views across the main channel. Wes and his crew have the expertise and equipment to do the entire job, from driving pilings to the final paint and roof. Best of all, Wes was great to work with. He was reliable and responsive to my concerns and totally flexible (within the TVA permit). I fully recommend Wes and his company….If you are building a dock, give him a call! "

"There is no doubt in my mind that Wes Musgrave, the owner of Lakefront Docks & Lifts (LDL), is the best dock builder in the state of Tennessee. Wes and his excellent crew built my dock in 2008, a two-slip, two-remote control hoist, covered boat dock with a 50’X6′ walkway along with a shelved storage closet, etc. The hoists are 5000# and 7500# respectfully. They have up and down limiter switches. The entire project has performed flawlessly ever since. The materials were the best available and the overall workmanship was truly exceptional. And of equal importance the after-build service was amazing. Wes stands behind everything he does and when any minor issue arose he was there quickly to correct it. I was so impressed with his performance that I strongly recommended him to all of my neighbors in Lowes Ferry. Thus far he has built a total of five docks here. Every customer is thrilled with the end product. As a member of the Board of Directors of the HOA I volunteered to oversee the building of a marina within Lowes Ferry. We have TVA approval for 36 slips and thus far Wes has built 16 of them. The marina is first class and we could not be more pleased. He did an outstanding job. Wes stands for quality. He is true to his word and exceeds expectations. I trust him implicitly. What more can I say? "

"Wes and the crew from Lakefront Docks and Lifts worked for us on two seperate occasions. Both jobs were well planned in advance and priced up front. Wes and his crew prided themselves on arriving at the job site on time each day and worked very hard to complete each project in the promised time at the quoted price. They were always polite and ready to explain any aspect of the job. If changes became necessary he discussed them with us before moving forward. It was a pleasure to do business with them and we will certainly use them again, as well as recommend them to anyone else looking for a quality dock builder. "
