Over 35 years ago Ron Godfrey started Lakefront Docks and was well known for his marine construction. In 1999 he was joined by Wes Musgrave in his endeavors of building quality docks in the Knoxville and surrounding area. Lakefront Docks joined Knoxville Barge, a well known marine contractor in Knoxville since 1980, in 2022 to have the companies compliment each other. Currently they have a fleet of barges and construction staff to handle marine construction for residential and commercial dock needs.
